  • To print an image on a Silhouette machine using SVG or PNG files, follow these steps. This guide assumes you have basic knowledge of how to operate your Silhouette machine and have installed the Silhouette Studio software on your computer.
Step 1: Prepare Your Image For SVG Files: Silhouette Studio supports SVG files directly. Ensure your SVG file is ready and saved on your computer. For PNG Files: PNG files are raster images. If you want to cut around the design, you may need to use the "Trace" feature in Silhouette Studio to create cut lines. Step 2: Open Silhouette Studio Launch the Silhouette Studio software on your computer. Step 3: Import Your Image Click on the "File" menu, then select "Open" or "Import" to select your SVG or PNG file from your computer. Navigate to the location of your file, select it, and click "OK" or "Open" to import it into Silhouette Studio. Step 4: Adjust Your Image (If Necessary) Resize or Move: Use the select tool to click on your image. Drag the corners to resize or click and drag the image to move it on the cutting mat preview.
